Salsa is sweeping the nation as a unique way to get fit, make new friends and have fun at the same time. People love watching other people dance in 'Strictly Come Dancing' but more and more are taking to the dance floor themselves!
At Humba Rumba classes, we'll guide you through your basic steps right through to intermediate level, by teaching you good technique and style. We'll get you using your whole body from your head down to your toes. Often your arms will be doing something different to your feet! This is good as it helps to develop cognitive skills, concentration, co-ordination, balance and agility.
